Today is the start of a new series. As teams get into training camp and new players come on board its worth looking into each club to see how they are stacking up and what else they need to do to get ready for the 2010 season. I got this idea from the post I did a few days back on how the Philadelphia Union were looking. I figured it would be good to do something like that to all the clubs.
I’ll go in alphabetical order here with this series. Now I don’t know if it will be a daily thing or what yet, it all depends on my current work schedule but I do plan on getting each club by the end of February.

Time once again for another full week of Major League Soccer action as week seven is about to kick off tomorrow. Seven games this weekend with the bulk of games on Saturday evening with one lone game on Sunday afternoon.
Another full weekend ahead in Major League Soccer, hard to believe we are already into the thick of this this week with two league games under our belts. Things are certainly starting to speed up here as we move forward in the season.
What more can you say about Columbus’s Guillermo Barros Schelotto right now? Two weeks in a row with goals and assists to lead the Crew to a victory. There was really no question in my mind who had the best week in week 22 here.
Even with a fun title like that I must make this a bit quick. Week 16 wasn’t the biggest week for any league games, though I’m sure fans in Salt Lake would disagree. But even with the lack of games going on there were a couple guys that stood out and shined above the others.
