Loads of goals this week in MLS. Some were good and others were so-so. Throw in a few PKs and it was a busy weekend in MLS.
There are plenty of goals this week, especially since we had a 6-3 game and a 3-2 game.

A decent amount of goals this week. I’ve once again put together the usual list of my favorites. I may have missed a couple others though but these are the ones I thought were the better goals out there scored this weekend. Lots of goals scored off set pieces this weekend or just sloppy goalkeeping.
Order of goals: Guillermo Barros Schelotto (Columbus), Marco Pappa (Chicago), Christian Gomez (DC), Danny Dichio (Toronto), Freddie Ljungberg (Seattle), Richard Mulrooney (Houston), Cam Weaver (Houston), and Stuart Holden (Houston).
This is definitely goal of the week material but since it is slow today I thought I would go ahead and post it up today.
Great run of play goal. Its a shame Pat Onstad didn’t get an assist credit for it. Houston showed last night that they are definitely the top dog right now, even though they are three points back of Chivas in the overall standings.
