San Jose:

Just as most had expected or talked about over the last couple of weeks. The LA Galaxy are hoping Argentine center back Eduardo Dominguez will be the answer to their defensive issues.

Dominguez must first get his visa, and then must also wait for the transfer window to open up on July 15 before he can begin to play in official matches with the Southern California side.

The 29-year old defender recently played for Huracán in the Argentina Premier Division. He is expected to beef up a defense that has led a league high 30 goals this season (10 more than most MLS clubs). At this point any addition should be welcome for Galaxy fans as they need their club to be more assertive on the defensive side of the ball. Continue Reading…
