I saw this yesterday evening, San Jose Earthquakes are reportedly linking up with EPL side Tottenham. No real details yet about what kind of partnership but anytime you link up with an EPL club you have to think something good will come out of it.

My bet the Quakes and Spurs will exchange business tactics, possible player exchange as well (more for the San Jose end) or just a full fledged exchange of knowledge as some put it.

Once more details come out of this I will pass it along to you all.

So let’s add Tottenham to the growing list of clubs that MLS is linked with:

Chicago Fire – Monarcas Morelia (Mexico)
DC United – Atlético Mineiro (Brazil) **one-year deal
New York – FC Red Bull Salzburg (Austria) **owners own both clubs**
Chivas USA – Club Deportivo Guadalajara (Mexico) **owners own both clubs**
Colorado Rapids – Arsenal (England), CF Pachuca (Mexico)
FC Dallas – Tigres UANL (Mexico), Atlético Paranaense (Brazil), TT Pro League (Trinidad and Tobago), River Plate (Argentina)
LA Galaxy – Chelsea (England)
Real Salt Lake – Real Madrid (Spain)
