- 2013 MLS Season, 2013 Week 24, Features, MLS Fantasy Manager
Injuries and bad luck appeared to plague some in this week’s edition of the MLS Fantasy Manager game. For my team, injuries definitely played a large part as some of my subs got put in in place of regular starters.
Still, at the end of it all my 52 point week wasn’t that bad with all things considered. It was just a few points above the game average and had I had Landon Donovan, Blas Perez or any one else that contributed well in Sunday’s 3-3 draw in Frisco, TX, my score might have been a tad higher.
I did have Mike Magee starting but thanks to an injury he didn’t play, which meant Markus Holgersson got auto-subbed in. Hey, that is three points that I’ll certainly take.
The good in the week was certainly Federico Higuain’s two goal effort. Camilo also scored a goal but the trouble with owning him in this game is his tendency to pick up dumb yellow cards.
How is your club doing? Let’s hear about it in the comments below.
