While the US was putting a beating on El Salvador in the Gold Cup yesterday, I found myself looking over my Fantasy Manager squad for this past week. Overall, 74 points is a very solid week. Nearly 30 points greater than the game average for the weekend as well.

But I’m a tad upset with myself over some roster selections of mine that I meant to change and didn’t before the weekend. One being getting DeAndre Yedlin of Seattle in my starting lineup. That proved to be costly as he had 10 points on the weekend. I would have greatly traded his 10 for FC Dallas’ Michel’s 1 point.

Same could be said about New York’s Markus Holgersson, who had a solid seven point outing. I would have taken him over Amobi Okugo’s three point day. But so is life. The early games on Wednesday kind of made me forget about changing up some things in for the weekend.

Solid week overall though for me. Mike Magee got a goal in the rout over D.C. United. Camilo continued his scoring hot streak against LA. Jose Goncavles helped redeem himself from his Wednesday debacle in Colorado.

How did your squad fair this past week? Let’s hear about it in the comments section below.
