The summer transfer window is upon us so it is time to keep this list updated. Toronto is currently topping the list as only one club has made a move via the Allocation process this season. Back in February D.C. United claimed Carlos Ruiz off allocation, they were originally at number 17 in the order before their pick.

Update: Chivas traded up to #1 earlier in the day to sign Carlos Bocanegra. Portland now sits atop the order.

The summer transfer window will likely reshape this list in the coming weeks with trades and selections. Oh this should be fun!
