- 2013 MLS Season, 2013 Week 15, Features, MLS Fantasy Manager
Well, I finally had to do it. Week 15 hit and I had to use the wildcard to rebuild my roster. It was a gamble worth taking, at least I thought at the time. I figured I would try and set myself up for a few good weeks and early on in the weekend it appeared that I was doing a little better than average.
In the end, the pickups I made were of the wrong teams. I should have added more Seattle players and less Columbus players. Not sure why I thought Columbus would be a smart move but it sure bit me in the butt.
Also, putting the captain band on Jack McInerney seemed like a smart idea with the Union at home on Wednesday night. Yeah, that didn’t work either.
So 34 points on the week. Better than the game average but well below the week’s high mark of 85.
I am still kicking myself for not picking up Javier Morales from RSL either. He had a big week of 12 points or something like that.
On to the next week here, where more teams are back in action. How did your weekend go? Did you have any more luck than I did?
