Ah the curse of a suspension to Thierry Henry. I debated long and hard on which two-game player to take this week. Chris Wondolowski or Thierry Henry. Taking the French striker didn’t go as planned.

Just a mere 72 points on the week. Better than average but well below the high of the week.

Wondo would have been a bigger player to get and I can’t stress how close I came to adding him back on the roster. For some reason my thoughts were that Wondo’s match-ups looked tougher than Henry’s did. Turns out I was way off.

Also, starting five in the back proved to be a waste as Luis Silva was on my bench and had ten points.

Sometimes going with more players that have two games in the week can back fire. This week it did for me.

How did your team do this past week? Did you pick Wondo back up and ride his big week?

(Yes this is my shameless way of keeping myself involved in the Fantasy Manager, for those who haven’t seen these weekly updates, this is my way of pointing out my failures and triumphs as a Fantasy Manager. Hope you enjoy it, I take no credit in being any sort of fantasy soccer expert here.)
