It appeared to be a down week for everyone in the MLS Fantasy Manager game. The high of the week for any club was just a mere 79 points. Which is why I am taking my 45 points and not complaining one bit.

The good of the week was obviously getting points from Brad Davis – who had two assists and the attacking duo of Darren Mattocks and Chris Wondolowski (who really only had five points but that captain band doubles it).

I brought in Beckerman this week for Graham Zusi, a decent move and gamble but in the end I don’t think it worked out as well as I hoped. Defensively I got very little out of the back three that started for me – that may be a point of order for this week’s round.

How did your squad do this week? Any big changes cause more points for you? Let’s hear it.

(Yes this is my shameless way of keeping myself involved in the Fantasy Manager, for those who haven’t seen these weekly updates, this is my way of pointing out my failures and triumphs as a Fantasy Manager. Hope you enjoy it, I take no credit in being any sort of fantasy soccer expert here.)
