After the dog-days of summer creeped into my Fantasy Manager game, WVH AC finally had a bounce back week that helped vault my squad up a few standings.

A big 80 points, 32 points over the week’s average (something I’ve barely been able to massively get over lately) really was fueled by none other than Chris Wondolowski and his hat trick against Real Salt Lake.

As you see Wondo had half of my team’s points thanks to his captain’s double. Darren Mattocks was my lone pickup of the week and he brought in a nice 13 – mostly from his brace on Wednesday against Toronto.

Defensively three of my defenders brought in a good amount of points.

How did your team do this week? Were you lucky enough to have Wondo (and captain him)? Or did you get in good with someone like Torsten Frings (who had a big week as well), or some other combination that scored big? Let’s hear it.

(Yes this is my shameless way of keeping myself involved in the Fantasy Manager, for those who haven’t seen these weekly updates, this is my way of pointing out my failures and triumphs as a Fantasy Manager. Hope you enjoy it, I take no credit in being any sort of fantasy soccer expert here.)
