It’s Friday, so you know what that means. It is time for some retroactive suspensions being handed down by the MLS Disciplinary Committee.
Three players – two from the LA Galaxy – are included in today’s fun.
LA Galaxy midfielder Michael Stephens for one game and fined him an undisclosed amount for a challenge on Houston Dynamo midfielder Adam Moffat, in the 46th minute of the May 26 game.
LA Galaxy forward Mike Magee for one game and fined him an undisclosed amount for aggravated dissent against the referee, including throwing a ball in the referee’s direction in the 92ndminute of the May 26 game in Houston.
Philadelphia Union forward Lionard Pajoy for one game and fined him an undisclosed amount for his reckless challenge on Toronto FC forward Joao Plata in the 29th minute of the May 26 game.
