Don’t act surprised. You knew this was probably coming. The summer of soccer kicks off once again as Major League Soccer will be hosting foreign-based clubs in the World Football Challenge.

So far only two games are listed. TheĀ Seattle Sounders FC and EPL’s Chelsea at CenturyLink Field on Wednesday, July 18. Chelsea is also participating in this year’s MLS All Star Game in Philadelphia.

On July 28, Toronto FC will play at the Rogers Centre as they host EPL side Liverpool.

The World Football Challenge was created in 2011 in a joint partnership between MLS and sports and entertainment agency CAA Sports.

Additional clubs and matches are set to be revealed at a later date by event organizers.

Ah, let the madness begin!
