Remember when I said there would be more friendlies announced in the coming days for this summer? Well, today was one of those days.
Aston Villa of the EPL announced their summer tour including stops in Portland, Chicago and Philadelphia. Pretty cool.
Another EPL side, Chelsea, also will be coming over to the States when they take on Seattle.
Gotta love these cash-grabs…I mean friendlies. I’d love at some point to see a MLS side host two European teams instead of playing one. I guess that will be what the World Football Classic is for, that is if it makes it’s return this summer for us.
