UPDATE: For the most recent order, click here.

I’m trying to stay on top of things as I’ve already gotten a couple emails about this. Now that D.C. United have used their allocation order spot on Charlie Davies, we now have a new leader in the clubhouse.

Dallas did not receive the top spot in their trade with Chivas USA yesterday, when they sent Heath Pearce over for allocation money. There was some speculation around Dallas that FCD would get the top spot in the deal along with the cash but it turns out that isn’t the case. So, below is the current order.

  1. Chivas USA
  2. Philadelphia Union
  3. New England Revolution
  4. Houston Dynamo
  5. Toronto FC
  6. Chicago Fire
  7. Sporting Kansas City
  8. Seattle Sounders FC
  9. Columbus Crew
  10. New York Red Bulls
  11. Real Salt Lake
  12. San Jose Earthquakes
  13. LA Galaxy
  14. FC Dallas
  15. Colorado Rapids
  16. Vancouver Whitecaps (Jay DeMerit)
  17. Portland Timbers (Kenny Cooper)
  18. D.C. United (Charlie Davies)
