- 2010 MLS SuperDraft, Generation adidas, Jack McInerney
More 2010 MLS SuperDraft talk here now. MLS Insider is reporting that U-17 midfielder Jack McInerney has signed a Generation adidas contract with Major League Soccer, joining Akron’s Teal Bunbury and Blair Gavin along with U-20 star Dilly Duka.
A formal announcement is expected soon.
McInerney is a great addition to this draft class. He is loaded with potential and if he goes to the right club he could mature into a very good player. I had him going late in the first round of my first mock draft and depending on who else signs with the league between now and next month’s draft I kind of see it staying that way for him.
More signings are expected to come in the next week or week and a half here.
Edit: League formally announces these four signings plus three addition seniors who signed including Harvard’s Andre Akpan.
