The Fire choosing to part ways was a good thing though, the 2009 squad was stacked full of talent and we should of made it to the MLS Cup Final at the very least. Chris Armas is a Chicago Fire legend and if we're going with a new guy, I'd like to see someone who has true passion for this club, but in all honesty I'd rather have someone proven and with head coach experience. Living in Chicago and watching a lot of the games, the team never seemed motivated and he routinely got out coached.
