I really don't think this TOA thing is going to happen. They have four months to figure out a whole new league, teams, schedules etc. I think Vancouver and Montreal will stay in USL for the 2010 season. Feel free to have Miami, they draw almost a thousand people to their games, oh my! The TOA is more hype than substance.

Mitch, cp-usa has been around in usl2 for a couple years and they are a pretty solid franchise, in the process of getting a soccer specific stadium, and its a better name than Burnleys PDL team, the Cary Clarets.

The USL just released a note on their website saying Tampa and Baltimore are contractually obligated to play in USL-1 next year, and that they are going nowhere. To be continued.
