He's definitely knowledgeable, has spent the last few years working and learning under the brilliant Dom Kinnear, and he would command the respect of key players like DeRo. Even when he was a player, I thought he would be a great coach, and now seems to be the perfect time and situation. Plus he can hang out with a fellow scotsman in Johnston.
