		<description>Good news for the league, IMO. Once these teams develop players they sign to either  a.)become a vital part of their squad and/ or b.) collect transfer fees from these players, I&#039;m sure the rules regarding these kids will be revised significantly. I&#039;m sure the superdraft will still be around in some form or another, but developing and signing these youth prospects could dramatically change the depth and overall level of MLS. Now if they could just knock out the new CBA, they will be golden.</description>

		<description>If I understand the homegrown rule, he won&#039;t be eligible to play in ANY of the remaining games this season.  That is what was mentioned when DC signed their homegrown player recently.</description>
