And in regard to Drew's question: I can't see it selling out, unless 40,000 Sounders fans buy tickets. Remember, it's a 68,000-seat stadium, and unless the Sounders pull a 1998 Fire on us, it's unlikely that any team from the far west is going to be in it. My early bets are on Houston (surprise) and Columbus (bigger surprise). The Crew had close to 3,000 fans in LA last year. If they were to have the same number of traveling fans in this MLS Cup, and Houston has 5,000 or so, it still doesn't come even close to selling out. Unless the Galaxy or RSL make it this time, as well as a big-name team like DC or Chicago, I don't think this cup comes even close to selling out.

I just talked to a sounders fc ticket rep today and he said that the MLS cup will be included in the season ticket package. Basically the three additional games will be friendlies against chelsea fc, a mexican club, and the mls cup. When the season tickets arrive in the mail it will have additional tickets that will say TBA that will be redeemable for these events.
