- 2010 World Cup, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, RFK Stadium, Rio Tinto Stadium, Solider Field, World Cup qualifying
The three remaining World Cup qualifying game locations have been announced today by the USSF. Chicago, Salt Lake City and Washington DC all will host the final three games of qualifying.
Chicago will host the Honduras game at Solider Field on June 6th; Rio Tino Stadium in Sandy, Utah, will host the El Salvador game on September 5th; and RFK Stadium will see the final game against Costa Rica on October 14th.
I said before those were the three cities I thought would host the final games after they announced Nashville as a host for a game last week. I think I just got the order wrong in the process. I believe I had Salt Lake hosting the June game in my prediction and Chicago hosting the September one.
Three quality picks for locations if you ask me. Nashville still blows my mind away but these three will sell well, no doubt about that.
