They subtract Ruiz and his contract so they can add Lewis on the left flank. It will make them a better team, plus they get 2 draft picks. May be the supplemental draft, but sometimes you can get some decent role players out of it. Not sure how Ruiz will fit with TFC, but they will be an interesting team to watch with Ruiz and Guevara. But I believe that last year Mo in Toronto only used the first supplemental draft pick they had, and skipped the rest. So really, Toronto gave away basically nothing for Ruiz.
