US Olympic Schedule

Some of you have asked so I thought I would pass along the times and dates of when the US Men’s and Women’s teams play in the Summer Olympics, which kicks off this week. Now the opening ceremonies are Friday but the games actually kickoff Wednesday with Women’s soccer (or football). The Men’s soccer starts on Thursday so its kinda fun to see the World’s game start the Olympics.

Anyways below are the schedules for both in the group stages (all times in ET):

Women’s:
Aug 6, 7:45 AM ET – Match 1 – Group E – US v. Norway
Aug 9 5:00 AM ET – Match 2 – Group E – US v. Japan
Aug 12 7:45 AM ET – Match 3 – Group E – US v. New Zealand

Men’s:
Aug 7 5:00 AM ET – Match 1 – Group B – US v. Japan
Aug 10 7:45 AM ET – Match 2 – Group B – US v. Holland
Aug 13 5:00 AM ET – Match 3 – Group B – US v. Nigeria

So how do you think our boys and girls will do in this year’s games? Each are in a tough group but I think both can get out of the group stages fine.
