Plus he would be a definite upgrade over just about anybody the G's have (other than Franklin). However this still wouldn't address LA's biggest need, which is a defensive midfielder. He only came to be seen by Arena and once that was done he was gone. He's been injured his whole career so only desparate teams would look at him and then only on an incentive based deal. I say Greg Vanny because he is not consistant but I don't blame the guy he is getting older and his legs are not keeping up with certain players. Troy Roberts..well I don't know who show him how to defend but you just don't give a player too much space. He does that a lot and doesn't read the plays therefore most of the time he is not in position to block, or defend an attacking play. Alvaro Pires should go his just to heavy and slow he arrives late on the tackles I meant let's face his no Shalrie Joseph. I think the time has ended for these three players. hey There,
