US 2-1.

This could be a great moment for the US. No, England won't fire their coach over this game... and there's a good chance some key England players will miss this game after the Champions league final.

Theres a lot of US players who could make a major break-through in terms of European club teams wanting them depending on this game.

I wonder if Altidore's absense is to keep the pressure down on the MLS to sell him? Afterall, Adu is there and he'll be playing in the Olympics this summer too.

My first thought is a domestic one: Hoo boy, are the Gals in trouble, playing without both Goldenballs and Landy. Second thought is, if the US should somehow win, it would be the upset of the century, possibly even leading to Capello's firing. And the third is, Nate Jaqua? Has he ever gotten even a sniff of the national team? Now he's suddenly in the mix for this game? Are our options really that bad? Must be.

Early prediction. I hate to say it, but if I had to pick, it would be England 3 nil. One for each lion.
