Some how my predictions got lost in the mess that is my Wordpress admin page. So these predictions will have to be much shorter than what I had originally wrote earlier in the day. I don’t exactly know what happened to the post but it disappeared into the abyss. What it turn up next week.

Anyways, sorry for the shortness of this, the more detailed predictions will return next week!

Kansas City - at - Columbus: The Crew will look to continue their winning ways at home against the Wizards. I think this is a fairly evenly matched game as both clubs have some injury issues that worry me. I think the Crew could win this but I think KC will frustrate the Crew enough to get a draw. WVH Prediction: Columbus 1, KC 1

Chicago - at - New England: Probably the best match-up of the weekend, one I am definitely looking forward to. I don’t see it being another 4-0 game but I do think it will be just as entertaining as the week two clash. How New England handles Blanco is the big key in this game. I think the Revs will come out early and jump on the Fire but I see the visitors coming back and getting a road point out of this. WVH Prediction: New England 2, Chicago 2

Chivas USA - at - Houston: The Dynamo have pretty much owned the Goats over the past couple of season and that trend will continue tomorrow. Chivas’s defense has been terrible lately and I don’t see any changes there on that side. I think this may be the first game that Houston finally wakes up here this season. It doesn’t hurt that they will be at home to do so. WVH Prediction: Houston 3, Chivas 1

LA Galaxy - at - RSL: The Gals are largely terrible on the road and RSL is pretty solid at home. I think the midweek win for RSL in the US Open Cup will prove to be a big momentum for them as well. Both teams have pretty weak defenses but I think RSL’s will hold better than the Galaxy’s. Kyle Beckerman has been a beast so far this season so look for him to get on the board. WVH Prediction: RSL 4, LA 2

FC Dallas - at - San Jose: A real home game for the Quakes, not some game in Oakland. The fans will be right on top of the field, which could be good for the home side who will need that push against a quality side. San Jose needs to get into the attack early to win this game. If they don’t I see Dallas walking out with three points. Kenny Cooper should be able to get on the board since San Jose will be without a couple key defenders. WVH Prediction: Dallas 2, San Jose 1

DC United - at - Colorado: DC seems to be back after last weeks big win but they haven’t won in Colorado in seven years. That may be enough for the Rapids in this as they haven’t look all that great in recent weeks. The offense has been pretty terrible and no one is stepping up as a true scorer. I think history will remain against DC in this but United will leave with a point. WVH Prediction: DC 1, Colorado 1
