Who Said MLS Isn’t Global?
Wow, I skip a day of reading about the Columbus Crew from Shawn Mitchell and this what he posts. The photo below is proof enough that MLS is reaching out and is actually sticking with folks outside of the country. Seriously, this was taken during the Boca Juniors Copa Libertadores match on Tuesday against Venezuela’s Union Maracaibo in Buenos Aires.
Great photo and it shows that the fan is indeed a Columbus Crew fan. It doesn’t hurt that the player’s jersey he wears use to play for Juniors. I love it though, nice to see MLS jerseys selling aboard. Also, its easy to see that this fan is a die-hard Schelotto fan.
