Franchino has great work rate and leadership ability. It'll be good for our young defenders (Randolph, Franklin, Valentin) to have another veteran to learn from. Again, the only qualifier is Franchino getting over whatever stuff that has been limiting him. Personally I don't think LA needs Franchino, but on paper the trade could work out very well.
