As some of you may know the Crew Stadium went under the knife this offseason to bring a new addition to the place. Yes, one of those lovely stages.
I found some photos of the lovely transformation. The second photo is the final product, thanks to the Offside Rules.
The Offside Rules couldn’t have said it any better.
Thing is for the Crew it will be good to have such an ugly piece of concrete on one end-zone of the stadium. It will bring in more cash to the place and probably help get the stadium named after some weird company, maybe the Taco Bell Park?
Its ugly, but its just a part of what we have to deal with in the league now days. I know when the Hunts opened Pizza Hut Park in Dallas they had a laundry list of things they wanted to do with Crew Stadium. The top on that list was a stage.
