Not a huge news day so far but I am working on a couple things for you all. I did want to pass on the info that I got late last night (wasn’t able to post due to lousy internet here at the house).

Anyways, Real Salt Lake added another striker by signing Scottish forward Kenny Deuchar. The 6-foot-3 striker fom Gretna F.C. should go alongside the speedy forwards Robbie Findley and Fabian Espindola quite nicely.

No details on the deal but it’s safe to say Deucher is not a designated player. I feel good on saying that RSL will be one of the clubs that won’ sign a DP this season.

Also, Deuchar is a doctor. I don’t know if that is a good thing for RSL or not but it sounds like they get a two-for-one kind of deal here.

  • Scads

I know this deal is getting tons of headlines here, but it is making the news here and there over seas. This guy could be a great find…which we all know RSL desperately needs.

I mean to saying *isn't* getting tons of headlines here…oops sorry.
